Selin Sultan Kuşcu is a Legal Engineer at ACTECON, where she focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into legal workflows, trade compliance, and competition law strategies. She contributes to the firm’s digital transformation projects and co-develops AI-supported knowledge formats, including regulatory intelligence tools and internal podcast initiatives.
She is the founder an AI-powered legal assistant that provides real-time compliance insights for exporters and policy professionals. Her work also includes contributions to TradeLab with a focus on AI regulation, ESG frameworks, and WTO law. Additionally, she served as a guest research assistant for Harvard Law School’s CopyrightX program.
Selin studied law at Istanbul Bilgi University, where she focused on international trade law, competition, and the intersection of law and emerging technologies. She combines legal expertise with strong technical fluency and is dedicated to advancing legal innovation through cross-border collaboration and responsible AI integration in regulatory practice.
