Şamil EMİRHAN provides advice to a wide range of local and multinational clients regarding all matters of competition law. He assists clients mainly on the investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority, day-to-day competition and regulatory compliance matters, judicial review of administrative actions and merger control related matters. He also advises local and international clients on data protection matters.
