Dr. Hanna Stakheyeva is a Knowledge Counsel at ACTECON, where she leads the firm’s knowledge strategy—overseeing legal content, publications, training programs, conferences, and innovative knowledge-sharing initiatives. Her professional trajectory includes legal practice in Istanbul, Brussels, and Kyiv, as well as academic engagements with the Boğaziçi University and the ELSA Summer School.
Hanna holds degrees from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and the University of Amsterdam, in addition to an International Baccalaureate diploma from UWC Atlantic (Wales, UK).
She is admitted to the Bar of Ukraine and has contributed to numerous international conferences and publications. Driven by a commitment to fostering international collaboration, she actively engages with global organizations and research institutions to promote impactful developments in competition law.
She also leads the regional initiative of the George Washington Competition & Innovation Lab.
