Ahmed Rumet ERGİN provides comprehensive legal counsel to national and multinational clients across all aspects of competition law. He specializes in navigating complex antitrust investigations and preliminary inquiry processes initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority. Mr. Ergin brings extensive experience in managing merger clearance proceedings across diverse industries, delivering strategic guidance that aligns with regulatory frameworks and business objectives.
Prior to joining ACTECON, Mr. Ergin served as Regulatory Compliance Lawyer at one of Türkiye’s leading industrial companies, where he represented the organization in high-level engagements with governmental bodies and directed corporate affairs to ensure strict alignment with regulatory mandates. Earlier in his career, he practiced as a competition law associate at a distinguished law firm, advising dominant market players across multiple sectors including online search services, technology, heavy machinery, automotive, online retail, banking, and alcoholic beverages.
