We are excited to announce the new edition of our book “Merger Control in the EU and Turkey: A Comparative Guide”, a publication by Wolters Kluwer. There we discuss EU and Turkey’s merger control rules and reflect on similarities as well as differences. The book focuses on comparing substantive, procedural and jurisdictional issues and provides an in-depth analysis of applicable case law, with most of the Turkish decisions available in English for the first time.
