Thank you for your interest in ACTECON. We value protecting your personal data at ACTECON. We prepared this information notice to inform you as to how we process your personal data during our hiring process.
We collect your personal data electronically through the application form on our website (https://www.actecon.com/en/career?form) and your applications sent to our recruitment team. In line with your application, we collect your identity and contact information, as well as your personnel and professional experience information and other personal data provided within the scope of your application documents.
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds that "being necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and “being necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” for the following purposes:
- carrying out evaluation, selection and placement processes of employee and intern candidates,
- carrying out the candidate recruitment processes,
- planning of human resources processes.
In case If you voluntarily include your sensitive data within the scope of your application, such data will be processed based on your explicit consent.
ACTECON may contact the references you have provided in your application, limited to the purpose of confirming whether you meet the competence envisaged for the relevant position and the information you have provided in this regard.
