Hilal UTKU

Hilal UTKU, who specializes in Competition and Regulation area at ACTECON has participated in consultancy and advocacy services in many sectors such as health, automotive and media. Utku has graduated from Galatasaray University, Faculty of Law in 2005 and completed her master’s degree in Competition, Consumption and Industrial Property Rights at the Faculty of Economics of University of Rennes 1 (France). Hilal Utku has worked as a trainee at DG Competition, Consumption and Anti-Fraud (Department of Competition Investigations) of Ministry of Economy of France and prepared her final report on Competition Policies in Public Procurements.
