Başak Yılmaz joined Actecon in November 2011 and she is currently working as a legal consultant specializing in competition law and regulation matters. She has graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law where she was entered with a merit scholarship awarded by Turkish Higher Ministry of Education. She has completed her LL.M. degree in Business Law in İstanbul Bilgi University and wrote her project on the subject of “Airline Companies’ Strategic Alliances and Mergers Within EU Competition Law.” Before joining to Actecon, she has worked in an other competition consultancy firm in İstanbul. She was admitted to İstanbul Bar Association in November 2009. She is a member of Tarsus American High School Alumni Association and she is fluent in English. (back)
