Ayşegül EDER

Ayşegül Eder, who has her own practice as an independent lawyer since 2000, has previously worked in Brussels and Istanbul Offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 7 years and has worked as a legal counsel in Turkish Sakura Bank for 4 years. Ayşegül Eder focuses on commercial and corporate law and has broad experience in naval construction, license and distribution agreements, corporate M&As and spin-offs, competition and consumer law areas and advises numerous multi-national companies as a legal consultant. Eder has completed her license and master’s degrees at Istanbul University, Faculty of Law and her PhD study in the area of financial law at Marmara University is at the thesis stage. (back)
